Aloha!

My shop sits just 100 feet from Pier 97 in Rockaway Beach, NY, where the ocean is the constant source of my work. I paint to study the sea, its rhythms, moods, and shifting light. Nowhere else in nature offers the same union of reflection and translucent color, which forms the foundation of my visual language.

Quiet and precious, each piece begins on the beach, painted on location or developed from sketches made in the salt air, always drawn from direct moments with the water.

The ocean is the source of my creative life, and no day feels incomplete with its presence in my backyard!
